My Book

Dilemmas of Digital Natives: 10 Life Lessons I Learned Before 23

Growing up in the digital age, Generation Z faces unique challenges. In his debut book, Michael Kirk defines and explores the common difficulties confronting members of Gen Z and offers personal insights on how he manages the conflicts.

Members of Generation Z are often referred to as “digital natives.” Ever since birth, their everyday lives have been subjected to technology and screens. Kirk addresses how significant changes during the last several decades have impacted the mental health, thought processes, decisions, and mannerisms of today’s youth.

As an early member of the “zoomer” generation, Kirk dives deep into the issues he has observed personally and throughout his demographic cohort. This book serves as a self-help guide for Gen Z members from the perspective of another. It also provides insight for older and younger generations into the minds of Americans born from the mid-1990s to the early 2010s.
